WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY?

We’re happy to offer returns for store credit, size exchanges, or item exchanges, provided your return meets the conditions outlined below.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Returns for store credit or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The item is faulty, or

  • You received an incorrect item.

If either applies, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll organise an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an exchange is approved, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
